Don’t worry, this Retainer is applied directly to the products you purchase from us!
Our service to design your space, provide floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, as well as specify – or refer another professional to specify – all other products needed in your space.
– Detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings of your space
– Specify all products purchased from us that go into your kitchen space.
– Provide budget options for each product to value engineer your project to our agreed-upon budget range.
– Conduct a Labor Estimate walkthrough with our trusted contractors to provide an accurate total budget.
This Design Retainer amount is applied directly to the purchase of your cabinetry on the Final Invoice.
